Glenn H. is a native Los Angelino who has defied the odds. Coming of age during the height of the sexual revolution and enduring 30 years of crystal meth use, Glenn found his moment of clarity on July 5, 2003. He celebrates 21 years of continuous sobriety which he owes to diving into service work and upholding a simple program. Glenn recently moved to Dallas to support and be close with his daughter and grandson. He continues to be a dedicated sponsor, sharing his hard-won wisdom to help others reclaim their lives. Glenn's story is a testament to his higher power, resilience, and the transformative nature of recovery.
